Charging Octane X11+

Connect the Type C connector to the Type C port of the power bank.
Connect the Type C/USB-A connector to the adaptor or laptop/computer USB port.
All 4 LEDs will light up when the power bank is fully charged and on standby.
Note: Computer port output is less than that of wall adapters.

Basic Operations

Long Press Power Button on Octane X11+ to switch on Torch.

Charging Norms & Precautionary Guidelines

Charger/Brick/Adapter: 5V/2A
Cable/Wire: Standard Cable (35 strands @0.10mm diameter/ strand)
Any other accessory can be paired up with the product as long as the specifications are as per above norms.

Warranty Details

Not covered under replacement policy:

Any type of cuts/broken/physical damage on part/parts of the product is not covered.
Outside or Third Party repaired product, will not be covered.
In case the product is water clogged/tampered/damaged by environmental issues.
In case customer changes their mind and wants to replace/exchange product due to any reason except manufacturing fault/defect.
Any type of electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.

Covered under replacement policy:

Inbuilt USB charging jacks are not working.
Power bank not taking charging.
Torch lights not working.
Overheating issue in room temperature conditions. – ≤ 48°C
Battery Swelling issue – To check this issue device must be put on the table and rotate the device in circular motion with free hand.

Instructions – In case the power bank is not powering on or charging the external device, as it is a large battery product, kindly be advised to charge the Power bank at least for 30 minutes before using the device.
